Services - The Computer Tech

As The Computer Tech, Riz-Man Business Support specialises in serving small, home based businesses and private individuals. The Computer Tech can undertake the following tasks:

  • PC hardware/software installing;
  • PC hardware/software repairs;
  • PC hardware/software upgrades;
  • PC data storage (backups of system and data drives);
  • PC networking.

Due to the nature of the tasks, The Computer Tech usually works onsite. However, in certain instances (such as a PC upgrade), The Computer Tech does offer customers the opportunity to come to us, entitling them to lower chargeable rates. Please note that any onsite assistance provided by The Computer Tech is currently only provided during evenings and weekend hours.

Our charges are as follows:

Onsite: £15 for the first hour and £10 per hour thereafter (plus VAT). There is a minimum charge of £15 (plus VAT). In the event that an IT issue is not resolved, only the minimum charge (plus VAT) will be applicable.

Offsite (our premises): £10 per hour (plus VAT). There will be no charge if the IT issue is not resolved.
